Privacy Notice
This notice describes the processing of personal data when using the website and submitting enquiries through Formspree.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for Management Academy is Gergana Dimitrova. For questions about personal data and to exercise your rights, use the contact form.
2. How an enquiry works
All visible fields are required: your name, a valid reply email address, the selected course, product or category, a message and acknowledgement that you have read this notice. On submission, these data, the language and page source are sent to Formspree for processing and email delivery to the controller. Your email address is used for replies. An acceptance message confirms acceptance by Formspree, not inbox receipt.
The website does not maintain its own enquiry database. Formspree processes submissions under its service terms and settings. Please do not include sensitive personal information or unnecessary information about other people.
3. Purposes and lawful bases
If you request specific terms for a future service or course with a view to entering into a contract, we use your data to take steps at your request before a contract — GDPR Article 6(1)(b). This does not constitute enrolment or a purchase, or mean that the content is already available.
General enquiries and correspondence are handled on the basis of legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f): responding to the information you request and maintaining communication. Technical processing for website operation and security serves reliable service delivery and abuse prevention, taking your rights into account.
The form checkbox acknowledges that you have read this notice; it is not marketing consent and does not replace these lawful bases. There is no newsletter subscription or automated marketing messaging.
4. Providers and recipients
Lovable provides website hosting and handles technical requests. Formspree processes form data and delivers enquiries to the controller’s private Gmail mailbox, provided by Google. Gergana Dimitrova reviews and replies to messages manually. Google also provides the fonts loaded externally by the website.
Processing by providers depends on the terms and settings of their respective services. Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.
5. Technical data, cookies and browser storage
Loading pages requires technical requests. Providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and addresses, and diagnostic data for service operation and security.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses temporary browser storage to restore the scroll position. Technical processing and storage by providers depend on their services and settings.
External profiles and publications are links; their respective websites’ notices apply once you open them.
6. Data storage
Enquiry data are processed through Formspree and email to handle the enquiry and follow-up correspondence. Storage by providers is governed by the terms and settings of their respective services. For information about the storage of your data or to request erasure, use the contact form.
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Data portability applies where processing is automated and based on a contract or consent; it does not automatically apply to every enquiry.
To exercise your rights, use the contact form. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary to protect your data. You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or another competent supervisory authority.
8. Voluntary provision of data
Providing enquiry data is voluntary. If you choose to submit an enquiry, all visible fields are required: your name, a valid email address, course, product or category, a message and acknowledgement that you have read this notice. We cannot reply without a return address. An enquiry does not oblige you to purchase or enrol.
9. Automated decisions
The enquiry function does not involve automated decision-making or profiling by the website. Field validation checks submissions; Formspree may apply automated anti-abuse checks. There are currently no accounts, payments, learning management system (LMS) or site-managed enquiry database.
