About the Founder
Assoc. Prof. Gergana Dimitrova, PhD is a university lecturer, researcher and founder of Management Academy. Her work focuses on management, strategic management, competitiveness and digital transformation. She combines her teaching and research experience with project, consulting and expert work.
She holds a PhD in Economics and Management (Industry) in professional field 3.8 Economics and is an Associate Professor in professional field 3.7 Administration and Management (Fundamentals of Management; Competitiveness of the Business Organisation) at Paisii Hilendarski University of Plovdiv.
She is the author and co-author of academic and teaching publications. Through Management Academy, she is developing practice-oriented training and digital tools for starting, managing and developing a business.
